Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Cofino application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Cofino is operated by MayeleOS Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Cofino is a mobile application that helps users discover independent coffee shops and drinks based on their personal taste preferences. Features include drink discovery, taste profile generation, shop profiles, user reviews, and (for shop owners) Instagram Business account integration.

Some features of the App require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

You may submit reviews, ratings, and other content (“User Content”) through the App. By submitting User Content, you grant MayeleOS Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Is abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

If you are a coffee shop owner using the App to manage your shop profile, you agree that:

• All information you provide about your shop (name, address, menu items, etc.) is accurate and up to date.
• You have the authority to connect any Instagram Business account you link to your shop profile.
• You will promptly disconnect your Instagram account from the App if you lose authorization to manage that account.

The App offers optional integration with Instagram Business accounts via the Meta Platform. By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize us to access your Instagram Business account information and content as described in our Privacy Policy. This integration is subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute App content without our written permission
• Submit fake reviews or manipulate shop ratings
• Impersonate any person or entity

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of MayeleOS Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Shop information, reviews, and ratings are provided by users and third parties and we do not guarantee their accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MayeleOS Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or its content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
